Introduction
    We are excited to have you join My Country! Through the vendor dashboard you can manage your orders, print invoices, manage returns, and can use ShipStation to print off shipping labels. Whether you sell physical products or digital ones we have you covered. You can set the banner for your store including open and close hours. We even have a chat feature available that will allow you to answer customer questions in real time. You have the ability to add coupons and post news about your sales and promotions and just info about your business in our Latest News section. If you already have products on another site, we have an import feature for you to import your products without having to add them one by one. We want to make it easy for you to get your business on our site started without having to worry about competing with knockoffs from around the globe or companies who outsource their production to other countries. We put America first always. If you do well, we all do well. If you have any trouble on the site or there's a feature or category you need that isn't available, let us know. This site is for you and we'll add whatever you need if possible to help grow your business.
Seller Guidelines and Restrictions
Key Information
- Nothing illegal or requiring an ID to purchase e.g. tobacco, alcohol, drugs of any kind will be sold on this site. Supplements are fine; just be sure to correctly label them in accordance with the law.
- Nothing sexual or displaying sexual images of any kind will be sold on this site. If it is not okay for a child to view your product online, it is not ok to sell it here. This also includes posts. This is a family friendly site and we don't want children exposed to things they should not be exposed to.
- Since we sell to California, be sure to put a Prop 65 label on any goods that require it, unless you choose not to sell to California. You can choose which locations you want to sell to. If you don't see the location listed in your dashboard, let us know and we will add it.
- Be aware of the rules and regulations required to produce and sell your product. Make sure you follow all safety regulations and properly label your products. You are responsible for the products you sell and ship.
- All products must be made or assembled in the United States. We understand that some raw materials, like certain foods and plants may not grow naturally in the U.S. and have to be imported. We understand that packaging may be an issue to source in the U.S. If for the packaging of your product you cannot find a U.S. supplier then that is permissible though not preferrable.
- Some Examples: If you have a T- Shirt printing company and you get your shirts from Guatemala and then sell them here, that is not okay and we will delete your products and/or your account if you continue to post them. If you get your product tooled and produced in China and then smack your label on it after it gets here, we do not want those products sold on this site. We are aware that other countries make and sell quality products at affordable prices. That does not encourage job growth here in the U.S. like local manufacturing does and does not say American made whether you are an American business owner or not.
- If you are a legal resident in the U.S. and you make your products here, we want your business, too. You embody the American spirit that makes this country great.
- Posts are free, however, we do not want only one company's posts showing on the page; it becomes spam at that point. Advertising will be offered if you want your products shown at the top of pages. We will be freely advertising everyone's products in rotation at the top of the front page to give everyone's business an opportunity to be seen. If you would like us to advertise and market your products in advertising and social media, please send your requests to info@mycountryus.com. We do not charge for this.
- We welcome customers and sellers from all backgrounds, religions, ethnic groups, etc. We expect sellers to show customers and other sellers the same respect they would want to receive. We may post our opinions on social media or this site like all of you, which may not be reflective of your views and your views may not be reflective of ours. That is okay with us. We are all entitled to our opinions and have a right to express them. If you have a problem with that, then do not sell on My Country. We bend our knees to no man. By signing up and agreeing to the terms and conditions upon registration and use of this site, you waive any right to sue due to loss, perceived or not.

- Fast Funding: With Stripe Connect you are able to set up your own account with them in just a few steps. They have a separate dashboard where you can manage your payments, adjust transactions, and more. When your customers make purchases, they will see your business name on their bank statements. Stipe Connect allows for secure checkout and storing of sensitive data with full PCI compliance.
- Order Email Notifications: Vendors receive notifications with every order detail and status change.
- Storefront Widgets: Displays widgets for easy storefront options like store open close hours, and more.
- Product Bulk Edit: Save time and energy by editing product status and details with this feature.
- Multiple Product Categories: Vendors can add multiple categories to a single product.
- Variable Products with Color Swatches: Vendors can create variations on a product simply from the dashboard.
- Grouped Products: The option to group product based on variations of a single product or bundle by season or themes.
- Vendor Statements: Vendors can get real time overview of their total expenditure and sales revenues simply on their dashboards.
- Link your social media profiles and website to your online store.
- Store Support: Ticket based support for your customers at your store page. Customers can reach out to you with questions about products or purchases. Messages will appear in your dashboard.
- Minimum and Maximum Order Limits: Set a minimum or maximum purchase limit (quantity or amount) for the products on your store.
- Invoices: Print out invoices with your company logo to place with orders for shipment.
- Rank Math SEO: SEO optimization to increase search engine visibility.
- Table Rate Shipping: Set flexible shipping rates based on various conditions.
- Delivery Time: Facilitate delivery time coordination between you and your customers. There are options for any type of shipping including local delivery and pickup.
- Product Add-on: You can suggest add-on products to compliment products you're selling.
- Color Scheme: Vendors can customize their dashboard colors.
- Vendor Review: Only customers who have purchased from you can rate and post reviews.
- Follow Store: Customers can stay updated on news from their favorite vendors.
- Return and Warranty Requests: Vendors can set customized rules for returns and warranty information.
- Staff Manager: Vendors can appoint unlimited staff to manage their store with customized access.
- Export/ Import Products: Easily import/export product data in .csv and .xml format from the tools section of the vendor dashboard.
- Vendor Vacation: Vendors can easily take their store offline when on lengthy breaks.
- Posts: Post information about your store or promotions directly from your dashboard to appear in our Latest News Section.
- Vendor Analytics: Vendors can view general analytics like the number of users, session duration, page views, and bounce rate, etc. Know what's selling and what region your products are selling in.
- Sell by location: Choose whether you want to sell to all 50 states or just in your town. Ship or deliver products how you want.
- No excessive emails: We don't like to deal with anymore emails than we have to. We will not send you emails all the time to sell you services. We don't like writing them and we don't like emailing them.
- We don't sell your information. It's shady and it's not cool. Every dollar we make is paid by you and you only.

What is Available
- Advertising: Feature your products at the tops of pages and in the appropriate category sections you select, including featured categories and featured products. At first, we will be doing this for free, but over time if you want more visibility than already provided, you can sign up for weekly advertisements.
- ShipStation: ShipStation located on your dashboard lets you print off labels and pay for shipping with UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex.
Pricing
This is for you, America.
      You might be thinking to yourself, wow that's a lot, what does it cost? We charge 3% on every item sold. This helps us to maintain the website and provide you with all the features and functionality you need to be successful. We are privately owned and operated with little overhead. We're not in it for the money but to help small businesses that in turn help this country. Stripe will charge you a processing fee for every item sold that is taken out automatically, as well as our part, before you are paid out. There are no hidden fees, only pay for what you sell. Amazon, eBay, and Etsy will charge at least 12% or more. With us you're looking at around 6% total give or take depending on the card. See Stripe for more details. We are not beholden to outside shareholders, and we want to put as much money into the hands of America's small business owners as we can to help grow our economy. - Subscriptions: We will be offering sellers a way to sell subscription-based products.
- Digital Content: Do you sell courses or media content on a monthly or an annual basis? This feature will be coming in the near future.
- The App: Once, enough vendors join we will be adding an app for convenience to our customers.
- More category and subcategory pages will be added in the future as needed. If you would like a particular category or subcategory not currently listed for your products, let us know and we will get it added.
