Refund Policy
The customer is always right.
If you are unsatisfied with the product you ordered from the My Country Store for any reason, we will mail you a shipping label or email it you. Once the item is received, we will process your return including shipping costs. If you order products from other sellers' stores, please reach out to that store and send them a message, using the Get Support button located on their store page. You can also make return requests from your customer dashboard by clicking on your username when you are logged in, going to dashboard, then RMA requests. Keep in mind that different sellers will have different refund policies. If you have reached out to the seller and they have not responded to your request for a return or refuse to work with you based on their own refund policy, let us know and we will reach out to them directly. Sellers who repeatedly receive chargebacks and complaints from customers will be issued warnings. If it becomes excessive, we will remove their ability to sell on this site. Sellers, if your product is returned, we will return the portion you paid to us directly to your checking account. Processing fees still apply. See Stripe for details.
