Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

You should receive the same item in the picture for most products. Some products may be pictured with multiple quantities or may only show images of certain colors and not all that are available. Some may vary slightly if it is handmade. If you have a question about a product, please reach out to the seller for more information.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is placed, you will get an email. Once your item ships, you will get a shipping notification so you can track your order.

How can I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, please submit an RMA request on your dashboard. You can also reach out to the seller from the shop page. They will be happy to help you. Return policies can vary by seller. Please check this before purchasing an item. If a seller refuses to issue a refund, let us know and we will help you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Please reach out to the individual seller if you have questions. For the My Country Store, if an item sells out, we will purchase more and it will be in stock soon.

Where can I ship my order?

You can decide where you want to ship through your vendor dashboard by selecting a shipping zone. ShipStation is also available if you would like to sign up to get prepaid shipping labels for any carrier. We also have options for pick up and local delivery.
